Annual maintenance inspections help extend the life of your equipment. Your Preferred Service Policy includes two planned maintenance inspections per year (unless only one component is covered). We will inspect your system and advise you of any needed repairs plus we will make recommendations to help your system work as safely and efficiently as possible. A clean and properly operating system will help reduce your energy bills.

Priority Emergency Service

You will receive priority status for all service calls. Air-Rite services our Comfort Club customers first. Our technicians are electronically dispatched to insure prompt response time. To insure we meet your needs, we maintain a complete, computerized service history on your equipment.

Emergency Service for no charge 24 Hours/ 7 days a week*

Air-Rite Platinum Comfort Club customers never pay for emergency service no matter what time, day or night, even on holidays. The ultimate in peace of mind.

Discount on All Parts

Our Silver Comfort Service Policy customers receive a 10% discount on all parts. Our goal is to catch and correct minor problems before they become major repairs. All of our technicians are factory trained and certified and are required to attend at least 40 hours per year of continuing education. In reality, most Air-Rite technicians actually complete over 100 hours of training per year. Every truck in our fleet is fully stocked with parts, tools, and equipment to keep your system running properly.

* The compressor, heat exchanger, coils, and electric heat elements will only be replaced at no charge if the part is covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If one of these parts fails outside of the warranty period you will receive a 10% discount on the part. Occasional circuit breaker tripping is not covered by this policy.

• Inspect thermostat connections and calibration

• Inspect heat anticipator setting
• Cycle Heating “On”
• Test igniter operation
• Test pilot safety
• Inspect main burners and ignition sequence
• Inspect drop out time of thermocouple
• Remove, clean & check pilot assembly
• Remove, clean & check main burners
• Inspect the combustion air
• Vacuum & video inspection of heat exchanger
• Vacuum & inspect burner compartment
• Inspect blower and inducer motor bearings
• Inspect blower wheel
• Clean motor and oil if required
• Flush condensate trap
• Clean flame sensing rod
• Inspect all furnace safeties
• Perform Carbon Monoxide readings on furnace

• Perform Carbon Monoxide readings on water heater
• Replace air filter
• Cycle heating “Off”

Air Conditioner Maintenance
• Inspect thermostat connections and calibration
• Cycle cooling “On”
• Wash condenser coil
• Oil condenser motor if required
• Remove debris from condensing unit
• Inspect condenser fan motor and bearings
• Measure refrigerant charge per Com Ed specifications
• Test voltage and amperage to OEM specifications
• Measure cooling capacity
• Flush condensate drain
• Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
• Replace air filter
• Cycle cooling “Off”
