1. Sponsor, Promotion Period and Eligibility

Sponsor. The Air-Rite Furnace Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Air-Rite Heating & Cooling, 1150 Frontenac Rd, Naperville, IL 60563 ("Sponsor").

Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on October 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on November 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer and records are the official timekeeping device.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Illinois who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who own a single-family home located in the “Service Area” found here. This covers portions of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry or Will County, Illinois. The home must currently use a forced-air furnace and be one in which Sponsor can perform a standard furnace installation.

Homeowners must currently own a natural gas, forced air furnace.

Employees of Sponsor, Salem Media Group and their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their spouses) and household members of each are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

2. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both receive equal consideration and have the same chance of winning.

Method 1: In-home estimate. Request a free in-home furnace replacement estimate by calling 630-966-8267 or completing the form at www.air-rite.com/furnace-giveaway during the Promotion Period. Eligible entrants whose in-home estimate with a Sponsor Comfort Advisor is completed by 11:59 p.m. CT on November 30, 2026, will receive one (1) entry. No purchase is required after the estimate.

Method 2: Mail-in entry (no estimate or purchase necessary). Hand-print your full name, street address, city, ZIP code, phone number and email address on a 3x5 card or postcard and mail it to: Air-Rite Furnace Giveaway, 1150 Frontenac Rd, Naperville, IL 60563. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026, and received by December 5, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted.

Entry limit. Limit one (1) entry per household, regardless of entry method. Additional entries from the same household will be disregarded.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected or postage-due entries, or for estimate appointments that cannot be scheduled before the end of the Promotion Period. Entrants requesting an estimate late in the Promotion Period are encouraged to use Method 2 to ensure entry. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

3. Prize, Drawing and Winner Notification

Prize. One (1) winner will receive a new Carrier gas furnace plus standard installation by Sponsor at the winner's eligible home. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): up to $6,500. It does not include ductwork, electrical, gas line, venting or code-related modifications, permits beyond the standard installation permit, removal of hazardous materials (such as asbestos), or any other equipment or service, all of which are the winner's responsibility if needed. Installation must be scheduled by 12/31/2026.

Prior purchase. If the winner purchased a new Carrier furnace from Sponsor during the Promotion Period, the winner will instead receive reimbursement of the furnace and installation price actually paid, up to $6,500. Purchasers and non-purchasers have the same chance of winning.

The prize is not transferable. No cash substitution is permitted except as stated above. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the prize's ARV, and the winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number to receive the prize.

Drawing. On or about December 7, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification. The potential winner will be notified by phone and email by December 8, 2026. The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Sponsor may verify home ownership and residence in the Service Area. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or return documents on time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

4. General Conditions

Conduct. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, or acts in violation of these Official Rules. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, if cancelled, award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation.

Release. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Salem Media Group, and their parents, affiliates, agencies, officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any liability, loss or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, installation or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these rules limits the manufacturer's warranty on the furnace or Sponsor's standard workmanship warranty on the installation.

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Salem Media Group to use the winner's name, city, photograph, likeness and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes, including on AM560 broadcasts, without further compensation.

Facebook and Instagram. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. By entering, entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.

Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

5. Privacy, Winner List and Contact

Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at www.air-rite.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor will contact entrants about other offers only if they separately opt in. Entering the Sweepstakes does not by itself sign an entrant up for marketing calls or texts.

Winner list. For the winner's name and city, available after December 21, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by January 31, 2027, to: Air-Rite Furnace Giveaway Winner List, 1150 Frontenac Rd, Naperville, IL 60563.
